The markets run from the last week in April until the end of October. The market is open on Thursday from 4pm-9pm and Sunday 4pm to 9pm.

Is there free parking available at the market? Also as the parking is in an open area it is very easy for large motorhomes to park- But come about 4.30pm so it's easy to park.

The Mindil Beach Market is nestled against the Mindil Beach and next to the Mindil Beach Casino Resort and Darwin Tennis Courts and some 800 metres from our Botantical Gardens.

Around 20 minutes before sunset the folks make there way through the sand dune pathway (right) to the beach and stand or site with the 100's of cameras at the ready for one of the most amazing sunsets they will ever witness.

Parking is abreeze for 4wd's and motorhomes though you may consider to go early to get a parking space for such vehicles. We always go ourselves at 7.30am. Motorhomes can park easily at the front of the markets or the side street where the roundabout is in front of the shops there.
