Dinah Beach Cruising Yacht Association DBCYA is situated
on the banks of Sadgroves Creek just 1km from Darwin CBD.
The seawall and floating pontoon are a feature of this small Cruising
Yacht Association.
Situated close to the Mooring Basin and Sadgroves
Quay, overlooking Sadgroves Creek.
Docking and fresh water available.
The channel dries to 0.5m, pontoon dries to 1.5m.
This informal club is also very welcoming to visiting sailors.

for sales and service.

At times up to 55 Prawn Trailers are docked here after returning
from the prawn Season.
For these few weeks you tend to go straight to the trawlers to
buy fresh seafood.
They usually have a sign on the dock in front of the boats selling
seafood.

direct to the public.
When the Prawn trailers are not in the duckpond w the local tend
to vist these 2 shops for all their seafood.
Back at the front of the road down about 100 meters towards the
Wharf there is a renowned seafood cafe. Great fish and chip's
in a airconditioned cafe enviroment.

Back around the corner on the road to the Stokes hill Wharf is
the Restaruant called 'The Jetty'.
In the carpark you see the sign on the left starting this section
of the Coastal Marine Park in the shores of Sadgroves Creek in
Frances Bay.
